‘I’m a Celebrity’ Bosses ‘Sign First Love Island Contestant’ for New Series

Love Island star Olivia Attwood has reportedly signed up to be in “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!”.

The 31-year-old is expected to be one of the most famous faces heading to Australia this November, to be part of the popular ITV show.

This will make her the first ever Islander to enter the show as the “I’m a Celeb” bosses have avoided reality stars in the past. This may mean a change of the type of contestants in the future.

Attwood was first introduced to the public eye back in 2017 on the dating show but has since carved out a successful career as a social media influencer and TV presenter.

A source told OK!:

“This is a sign that the dating favourite is now so big and produces figures with such high profiles that they can no longer be dismissed.

“Olivia is already viewed as a rising star on ITV and this is likely to serve as a launchpad for potentially fronting more mainstream shows with the broadcaster.”

After the success of her first documentary ‘Olivia Attwood: Getting Filthy Rich’ was such a success on BBC, ITV bosses are eager to get her on more reality shows – even considering her as the new Holly Willoughby, according to insider information.

A source told the Sunday Mirror:

“Olivia is one to watch. Like Holly and Laura, Olivia is another jewel in the network’s presenters crown and has the magic chemistry and ability.”

Exciting!
