I’m a Celeb fans have been left feeling angry after Matt Hancock was ‘gaslighting the nation’ during his exit interview on the reality show.
After being voted out by the public much later than most thought, the former health secretary was interviewed by presenters, Ant and Dec.
The MP said:
“I carry with me expectations,”
“People think they know me but actually they don’t.
“They know Matt Hancock from the TV and from the media.”
He then went on to explain that he was “expecting” the other campmates to grill him about his job and the decisions he made during the pandemic – even claiming that answering their questions was ‘really enjoyable and a release’.
