Couple who Married on ‘Don’t Tell the Bride’ at Football Stadium Expose Show Secrets

Don’t Tell The Bride is a popular Channel 4 show that has become known for its unconventional and outlandish weddings.

One of the show’s success stories is the couple Jade and Levi Stone, who first appeared on the show in 2013.

They tied the knot in front of 30,000 fans at a Stoke City football match, as Levi is a die-hard supporter.

The couple is now happily married with two children, Frankie, eight, and Donnie, four.

Reflecting on her experience on the show, Jade shared, “Since [we got married], we’ve had two wonderful children aged eight and four so we’ve been busy making our family, we’ve both progressed job wise and we bought our dream home.” She added, “Every now and again we go and find it on iPlayer and the boys can’t believe it’s us.”

When Jade and Levi first appeared on Don’t Tell The Bride, they had only been together for less than a year.

The couple were not engaged when they applied for the show, but Jade had been dropping hints.

When they were accepted to appear on the show, the couple quickly got engaged.

Jade jokingly said she did not want to get married in a church or at the Stoke City stadium…

However, Levi being a diehard Stoke fan, he chose the Bet365 Stadium for their big day.

Jade revealed that she had no idea that they were going to get married at a football stadium and that their phones were taken away during filming. The couple were not allowed to contact each other during filming, and if caught, they would have had to pay a hefty fine.

“At the time I wasn’t aware of anything going on, the one place I thought it wasn’t going to be was a football stadium,” Jade said. “It was the biggest shock of my life really.”

Jade and Levi’s wedding was truly one-of-a-kind, with their reception held in the Stoke room, and they even got to take pictures with the footballers on their wedding day.

Reflecting on her husband’s transformation since their big day, Jade said, “The biggest transformation is my husband. He looks totally different. The long hair is gone and now he’s a fitness fanatic and is in the gym every day.”

Ten years on from their Don’t Tell The Bride experience, Jade and Levi are happy and in love.

While they have never been back to the Stoke City stadium, Jade said, “I was thinking of surprising him or seeing if he wanted to go back for our 10-year anniversary.”
