Holly Willoughby Wipes Phillip Schofield from her Social Media as Friendship ‘Cools’

Holly Willoughby has removed Philip Schofield’s name from her social media accounts, causing speculation among fans about the state of their friendship.

This comes after Philip released an emotional statement revealing that “the last few weeks haven’t been easy for either” of them. Despite this, he praised Holly for her incredible support and described her as his “rock”.

Fans were quick to notice the change in Holly’s Twitter bio, which previously referred to Philip as the person who introduced her to the platform.

Her bio now reads as “Broadcaster, Founder of Wyldemoon, Brand ambassador for Marks & Spencer and Garnier, Author of Reflections”.

Social media users have been taking to Twitter to share their observations about the apparent fallout between the two presenters.

Reports suggest that the friendship between Holly and Philip has cooled, and they are now seen as “separate entities.”

Viewers of their show This Morning also noted some tension between the duo during their on-screen appearance.

Body language expert Judi James analysed their behaviour and suggested that Philip appeared defiant and dismissive, while Holly was more reserved.

The cause of the fallout between the two presenters is not yet known, but Philip’s statement referenced a difficult period for his family.

His brother, Timothy Schofield, was found guilty of sexually abusing a teenage boy over a three-year period. Philip thanked Holly and everyone else for their support during this time.

Despite the rumours of a rift between them, Philip reiterated that Holly has always been there for him through “thick and thin.”

He described her as his best friend and an incredible support on and off-screen.

The duo put on a united front during their show, but fans will be watching closely to see if their friendship can withstand this latest challenge.
