Celebs Go Dating line-up ‘confirmed’ with Love Island star and Corrie’s Helen Flanagan

Love Island’s Chris Taylor, former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan, and Gogglebox’s Stephen Lustig-Webb are all set to appear on the upcoming season of Celebs Go Dating. Joining them will be Married At First Sight UK alum Ella Morgan, chart-topping singer Jamelia, and Made In Chelsea’s Tristan Phipps, according to The Sun.

Rebecca Kenny-Smith from Lime Pictures expressed her excitement, saying, “We are thrilled to announce another series commission of Celebs Go Dating with Channel 4. The success of CGD as a brand is not to be ignored, and for us to see such huge success in such a competitive market is a great testament to the brand and its loyal fans.” She added, “Series 13 is going to be the biggest test yet for the celebs, as we set out to ramp up the dates by putting celebrities through their paces as they get closer to finding love.”

Channel 4’s Genna Gibson also shared her enthusiasm: “Celebs Go Dating is an absolute streaming favourite amongst our young audiences and I’m so looking forward to them seeing a whole bunch of new lovelorn celebs getting struck into the world of dating in true Celebs Go Dating style. Our 13th series is set to be one not to miss!”

Stephen Lustig-Webb, who along with his husband Daniel Lustig-Webb left the Channel 4 reality series in 2023, surprised fans by announcing their divorce after acknowledging they had “grown apart.” Stephen has faced a tough time recently, having to exit Dancing On Ice due to a severe injury during training. Now, he’s ready to return to TV and potentially find a new romantic partner on the E4 series.

An insider shared, “Stephen is set to sign up for Celebs Go Dating after successful advanced talks with E4 producers. Bosses were really keen to get him as soon as they heard he and Daniel had split, as they know viewers will invest in his path to finding love again. He’s already a big favourite with Channel 4 viewers after years on Gogglebox.”

The insider added, “Stephen is also really keen to have some fun again after a difficult few months, and he’s raring to get back on TV after having to step down from Dancing on Ice due to injury. He was gutted when that fell through, but he feels excited to take on a new project. He is realistic that he may not find Mr. Right, but he is up for a laugh on the dating scene.”
