Love Island 2026 cast: Full line-up of confirmed contestants

Meet this year's Islanders!

Love Island is back in full swing for 2026 – and we've got even more bombshells to get to know.

At the end of Friday's (5 June) episode, it was revealed that Victoria and Namibia are entering the villa to shake things up – not long after Priya and Kavan had also arrived as dramatic late entrants.

It's certainly getting crowded in there, with a total of 17 Islanders at play!

It would originally have been 18, but it was confirmed this week that George Knight has left the villa due to personal reasons and ITV announced that his exit will not play out on screen. Ahead of the latest episode tonight, read on to find out more about the cast of Love Island 2026 .

Scroll on to learn more about each Islander and why they're headed to the villa for love.

Victoria has entered the ITV villa looking for someone “tall, handsome and [with] a great smile”.

And while she says that finding love is the main goal, she's not afraid to mix it up if she has to, adding: “If there's a little bit of drama along the way, ideally I'd stay on the sidelines. But if I need to get involved, I will.

“I have a really strong belief in myself, and I think what's meant for me will always be mine. So I don't really believe in competition.”

Job: Customer service officer

Namibia has some red lines when it comes to dating. Speaking about her turn-offs, she said: “Someone who's too cocky, full of themselves, and fancies themselves too much. Bad manners as well, like I hate it when people are rude to waiters.

“I hate it when men wear flip-flops, so no men in flip-flops. I think men should only wear sandals. Oh and someone with bad personal hygiene.”

On the positive side though, she is a fan of “nice teeth” and anyone who is “confident, bubbly, and funny”.

Job: Business development manager

Priya describes herself as “quite sassy and maybe a little high-maintenance” but also “down to earth”.

“I will go for what I want,” she added. “Genuinely, I can't fake stuff. My face tells a story. If I'm not feeling something, it's going to be quite obvious.

“If the person I fancy is coupled up, I feel like I would go about it in a respectful way but I'd definitely shoot my shot.”

If Kavan looks familiar, that's because he's the younger brother of fellow Islander Aidan! And he's acknowledged that it could get awkward if they both like the same girl.

“That’s a tricky one,” he said. “On the outside, you'd probably just leave it, but there you can't really walk away. You're all in the same environment, so it would be interesting to see how that plays out.”

Job: Recruitment consultant

Yasmin Hadlow is a recruitment consultant from Kent who is in the villa looking for love, and is aware of the drama that'll come along with it.

“I've been from relationship to relationship, so it's my time to get stuck in,” she said. “I think it would be difficult to go for the same guy as a girl if we were like best friends in the villa. That's what I'm worried about!

“Then again, if I like her man, I'm gonna have to go for it and have those conversations. It's a small villa but I’m used to this because I come from a small town where everyone knows everyone.”

When it comes to dating, Yasmin goes “straight for the goal” and falls in love very quickly, saying: “Once I like someone, I'm all in.”

Talking about his “type on paper”, Ope said he's looking for “energy, vibes and if you find my jokes funny”.

Asked who won't be turning his head, he responded: “Negative energy, someone not here for a good time. I’m always up for a good time and having a laugh and having fun. There's people who just love to dwell on the negatives.”

When it comes to her ‘type on paper’, Lola isn't “too fussy” looks wise. In a personality, she's looking for “someone funny” and “smart”.

Speaking about how she's hoping to avoid drama during her stint on the show, she added: “I do like watching it but I don’t want to be a part of it. I'm really looking for love, I want a boyfriend again. I want to find someone who is actually the love of my life, like obsessed with me kind of thing. I think I'm missing someone who is obsessed with me!”

Samuel is looking for “someone classy, mature, blonde, fun, and someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously”.

Speaking about how he plans to handle the competition, he added: “I’ve never really had to compete before, so it'll be interesting. I know what I bring to the table, and I'm confident in what I have to offer. Like I said, I'll go after what I want and hopefully score the goal.”

Angelista's type is “tall, dark and handsome”.

Talking about her relationship strategy, she said: “Someone will take your man if you’re playing it safe at the back and you'll watch it happen and that's not nice. You have to read the room with the guy as well, to see if he's feeling the same.”

It's “personality” that Aidan will be looking for in the villa.

“Obviously, I know if I find someone physically attractive but if we’re not connecting, laughing, and having a good time, it just wouldn't work for me,” he said.

Asked whether he's here for the drama, or finding love, he responded: “Finding love is definitely the goal. That said, I do enjoy a bit of drama. I probably wouldn't get fully involved but I'd definitely be listening, taking it in – maybe stirring the pot a little bit.”

Job: Fashion business owner

Jasmine will be looking for someone “objectively hot, really charismatic, and confident”, and she won't be interested in anyone “insecure”.

“I pick up on insecurity straight away, and it just wouldn't end well. By the end of it, he'd probably hate me.”

Talking about her approach to relationships, and whether she'll go straight for the goal or play it safe at the back, she added: “Straight for the goal. Life's too short to play it safe, that's boring. You don't go on Love Island to play it safe.”

Samraj doesn’t have a type, noting that his dating history is quite the mix.

“I like the way a woman carries herself, her mannerisms. I like that,” he said.

Job: Real estate videographer

Ellie’s type is simple: tall, dark and handsome.

“If it's not broken, don't fix it. It's a classic for a reason,” she said. “Nice teeth, nice tattoos, partial to a blonde as well. Pretty face. Look like you're going to break my heart but like, please don't.”

Job: Primary school teacher

Sean is in the villa looking for love but wouldn't mind a spot of drama should it occur.

“I won't be getting involved in it, I might be mixing it,” he said.

Job: Quantity surveyor and DJ

Robyn is looking for a “pretty boy” while in the villa but admits she is more into personality.

“They've got to make me laugh, be charming, and have good manners,” she said.

She added: “Finding love is my only goal. There may be a little bit of drama but I'm going in there for myself so I've got to do what I've got to do. But I would like to think I'm a girl's girl and that I handle situations quite well. I've got a mature brain.”

Lorenzo quite likes a “posh girl” but also someone who resembles Jessica Alba or Angelina Jolie… so nothing too specific.

For Lorenzo, drama can be fun and so long as no one is crying, “all is fair in love and war”.

“It'll be interesting to see what unfolds,” he said.

From: Barbados (lives in London)

The most important thing for Mica is personality, and in the villa she is looking for someone who will make her laugh and who she can get along with.

While in the villa, Mica plans to “dabble in both” drama and romance, saying: “Obviously the whole point is finding love and that's going to be my main goal. I'm not saying I'm going to start drama but if there is drama going on, I would obviously be a little bit nosey and want to know what's going on.”

Love Island 2026 former contestants

Age: 28 Job: Professional footballer From: Winchester

George Knight is a professional footballer from Winchester, who plays for Dorking Wanderers FC, and is open to a bit of friction in the Love Island villa.

“I don't seek drama but I'm quite naturally competitive but if there's something in my way, I want to put my best foot forward,” he said.

When it comes to dating and relationships, George doesn't tend to make any rash decisions and rather, reviews options.

He explained: “You don't want to get too deep, too early on. I'm open to getting to know everyone but as weeks go by, figure it out. I play midfield so maybe I'd go for that. If someone walked in that was straight away my type obviously I'd jump at it.”

Love Island continues on Tuesday 2 June at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
