Love Island stars share Toby update following Georgia split

Love Island alumni Kaz Kamwi and Chris Taylor recently shared insights into their friend Toby Aromolaran’s well-being following his recent breakup with Georgia Steel.

Toby and Georgia’s love story began on Love Island Games in 2023 and continued when they reunited on the All Stars edition of the ITV2 dating show earlier this year. Despite reaching the final and securing fourth place, their relationship came to an end last month, as announced by Georgia.

In a recent interview with Heat World, Kaz and Chris offered their perspectives on Toby’s post-breakup demeanour. Kaz remarked, “Do you know what? Relationship break-ups always suck. He’s just taking it. Toby’s just Toby, isn’t he, though?”

Chris echoed Kaz’s sentiments, highlighting Toby’s resilience and Georgia’s strength. “Toby’s very resilient; so is Georgia, to be honest. They’ve both been through a lot of stuff in their lives,” he noted. “They’re pretty used to having to deal with this stuff in the public eye. Considering they’re both really quite young – to me anyway – the way they’re dealing with it [in their] mid-20s is not the way I’d be dealing with it in my mid-20s. It’s a good job I’m 33 really. They’re both very mature and dealing with it really well.”

Georgia took to Instagram last month to confirm her split from Toby, expressing surprise and the ongoing process of coming to terms with the breakup. “It is true Toby has called things off. It has taken me by complete surprise and I’m still trying to process it and come to terms with it all,” she shared, reflecting on their relationship and acknowledging its end as a chapter in her life.
