An Aussie man who claims to be King Charles III’s son has made a shocking revelation.

Simon Dorante-Day recently told 7NEWS that he is ready to take the new King to court for a DNA test.

He told the news outlet:

“There has been a discussion in there between a judge and myself and his barrister about the legal standing of Charles, and whether the monarch is protected by the law or is above the law.”

“And the answer to that was no – they told me that we don’t see any reason why he is.

“And secondly, Camilla and her family are certainly not above the law. So that argument’s already been had and settled.”

The 56-year-old said:

“I’ll be back to the Family Court. In his final ruling last time I was before the courts, the judge told me that if I come back with the evidence all nice and neatly stamped, then there’s no reason to deny an application for a DNA test, and Charles and Camilla will have to answer that.”

Simon claims that he previously wrote a letter to the late Queen Elizabeth to encourage her son to take part in DNA testing – to which she did not respond.

The Australian man has been claiming that he is a relative of the crown for years, noting that it was his grandmother who spilled the beans on her deathbed. She claimed that Simon was conceived when the then Prince Charles and Camilla visited Australia in 1965. That would have made the couple only teens and considering they met in 1970, puts a spanner in Simon’s story.

He is convinced, however, that the pair were together at this point.

Simon was born April 5, 1966 and was adopted at eight months old. He claims that the Queen Consort gave him up for adoption as she believed he was growing too big to be able to hide from the public eye…

Simon’s adoptive grandparents both worked for Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip at one of of royal homes.

Hmm…
